How to choose a beginner fly-fishing kit
- Go 5-weight, 9 foot. The 9-foot 5-weight is the universal trout rod — light enough for delicate presentations, enough backbone for wind and bigger fish. It’s the right choice for almost all Colorado river and stream fishing.
